ACITER was founded in 2001 in Geneva, Switzerland, to provide worldwide inspections services mainly for agri-commodities. Today
ACITER INSPECTION GROUP is a network of inspection operations and certified laboratories offering a complete range of inspection, verification, monitoring, supervision, certification and testing services.
ACITER Ukraine was officially opened in 2015 with head office in Odessa. Today, we have 4 offices and 3 laboratories in Ukraine, and employ more than 60 employees. Our key locations are Odessa, Yuzhny, Adampol, Kherson, Nikolaev and Chernomorsk.
We constantly strive to find ways of improving our services, make them more complete and to minimize the risk of damage to your goods, therefore in addition to our port labs ACITER decided to build one of the most modern and advanced laboratories in Ukraine. The idea is to get closer to production sites in western Ukraine, be more efficient in matter of quality and time.
The opening of ACITER GENELAB laboratory center was held at the beginning of 2018.
ACITER INSPECTION LLC is certified according to international standard ISO 9001 «Quality Management Systems – Requirements» and has an accreditation as per ISO/IEC 17065 «Conformity assessment – Requirements for bodies certifying products, processes and services». Since 2018 we have been approved as Certification Body according to «Donau Soja» and «Europe Soya».
Our laboratories are certified according to international standard ISO/IEC 17025 «General Requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories».
ACITER Russia with head office in Taganrog has been presented in the Russian market already for 15 years. Geography of its activities covers Central Russia, Rostov region, Volgograd region, Stavropol and Krasnodar regions. Laboratories and offices of ACITER are located in main transport hubs such as Rostov-on-Don, Azov, Novorossiysk, Taganrog, Astrakhan.
ACITER Russia performs a wide range of inspection services for quality and quantity control of different types of agricultural products, such as oil-bearing crops, grains, legumes, vegetable oil, sugar. Transshipment inspections include pre-shipment checks, pre-loading visual examination of holds’ inner surfaces and hatch covers in order to determine whether they are suitable for carriage of the intended cargo or not, weight determination and supervision, analyses of goods according to EEC, USDA, GOST, BIPEA, ICC, AACC standards.
ACITER Baltic with head office in Ventspils can provide inspections and quality control services in the following ports of Baltic States:

ACITER Romania with the main office in Constanta port offers quality and quantity inspection services especially for cereals, in all maritime and fluvial ports, and in silos/warehouses all over the country. We are able to cover in Romania the maritime ports, Constanta, Constanta-South Agigea, Mangalia and all Romanian Danube ports. We can also cover Bulgarian maritime ports as Bourgas, Varna, Balcik and all Bulgarian Danube ports.
Our physico-chemical laboratory in Constanta has Accreditation certificate issued by GAFTA and FOSFA.
ACITER Turkey provides services in major Turkish ports such as Samsun, Ambarli, Tekirdak,Marmara, Izmir and Mersin.
It performs inspection of agricultural products in discharge points in terms of quantity and quality determination, monitors goods transshipping from vessels to trucks.
