PORT INSPECTION

ACITER provide a complete spectrum of inspection services at loading point on vessels and barges with permanent attendance in the frame of Load Compartment Inspection (LCI), weighing, sampling according to international Standards (GAFTA/FOSFA), hatch sealing, draft survey, basic quality/condition determination on the spot by qualified inspectors, delivery of samples to our laboratory for quick and reliable analysis results.

As for the disport inspection we are usually contracted to the most effective and leading inspection companies and laboratories certified by the international regulators organizations and most important verified by our specialists several times a year.

INLAND INSPECTION

ACITER can provide a full range of inspection services at Silo / Warehouse at time of intake / delivery, including, but not limited to, weight control, quality/condition control, sampling and analysis, Load Compartment Inspection (LCI) for truck and railcar.

We guarantee that our customers will be satisfied by our highest standards of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, by our sophisticated and analytical reporting system that provides the most accurate data.

Our network of laboratories certified according to international standard ISO/IEC 17025 and its highly qualified staff can perform almost any requested analysis and enable us to maintain a consistent high quality of our services. On request we can offer dedicated mobile laboratories in order to bring analysis closest to origin / collecting points.

Our permanent in-house training program for laboratory employees and regular participation of our specialists to various international conferences is the guarantee of quality in analysis.

The food industry and final consumers are more and more focussed on non-GMO and organic agri-products and by-products, and various official quality standards and regulations are more demanding.

In order to respond to this increasing demand, the opening of ACITER GENELAB LABORATORY CENTER was held at the beginning of 2018.
The state-of-the-art ACITER GENELAB LABORATORY CENTER is organized in two specific entities under the same roof, fitted with the best available equipment and staffed by highly professional specialists.

The ACITER GENELAB PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL LABORATORY, provides a complete range of quality control analysis of grains, oilseeds and processed products to meet the requirements of International and Ukrainian legislation as well as the one’s of international professional organizations such as GAFTA, FOSTA, etc. Testing are conducted according to DSTU, ISO, GOST, GAFTA, AOCS, AOAC, USDA, BIPEA, ICC, AACC methods.

The ACITER GENELAB PCR AND MICROBIOLOGICAL LABORATORY provides the most comprehensive GMO testing in Ukraine. ACITER GENELAB is able to identify and determine the quantity of almost all known GMO events for rapeseeds and soybeans and to perform analysis on microbiological parameters. We are also providing Phytosanitary control to ensure compliance with local and international law and regulations.
ACITER by its high standards of testing, fast execution of analysis orders and results processing will provide quick and fully informed decision making.

Collateral Services is a key part of the commodity financing by banks to traders. The quality of the services of ACITER in this respect will minimise the impact of the trade exposure and transactional risk for both of our clients and financial institutions. Our Collateral Services can be segmented as follows:

WAREHOUSE INSPECTIONS

The first step of Collateral Services will a complete audit of the Warehouse in which the pledged goods are intended to be stored. Our qualified inspectors will conduct a detailed inspection of not only on the condition of the building but also of all security aspect such as fencing, security guards, firefighting equipment and all possible potential risks in the vicinities. We will also check the Insurance and administrative record of the warehouse keeper.

STOCK MONITORING (SMA)

We shall report timely on the basis of punctual inspection or permanent presence of our inspectors all movements of the stored goods. During non-working hours we can secure the goods by sealing of the installations or in certain case by also installing a video protection system.

COLLATERAL MANAGEMENT (CMA)

Collateral Management Agreement (CMA) is a strongest tools than SMA, in such case, the warehouse installation are leased to ACITER acting as stock keeper, and the stored goods placed under permanent ACITER responsibility. The goods will be released to third party only upon instructions from the financing party.

CROP MONITORING

In the frame of financing, our experienced team can also offer crop monitoring reports. The good reputation of ACITER among the Banks and Financial Institutions will be an asset by reducing risk and facilitate access to credit.

Voluntary product certification is a conformity confirmation procedure, thanks to which an organization independent of the manufacturer and the consumer certifies in writing that the products meet the established requirements. Voluntary certification is carried out for compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents at the request of the customer, which are specified in the certificate of compliance.

The presence of a certificate increases competitiveness, helps consumers in the competent choice of products and is a guarantee of the quality of the selected product

  • Independent confirmation of compliance with the requirements of national standards in the state certification body

The voluntary certification procedure is intended for a conscientious manufacturer who is confident in the quality of the manufactured product and for a manufacturer who is looking for additional opportunities to confirm a high level of product quality.

Voluntary certification is carried out in the manner determined by the contract between the certification body and the applicant (manufacturer/supplier) on its own initiative. At the same time, the compliance of the products with the stated requirements is confirmed.

Any legal entity or individual can be an applicant for product batch certification.

Calculation of the cost of work on certification of products and services is carried out according to the instructions: OS-PR.02 ” DETERMINATION OF THE COST OF PRODUCT CERTIFICATION SERVICES.” Read the order possible upon written request.

Certification scheme

Product certification is carried out according to the scheme: OS-SS.01 “CERTIFICATION OF THE PRODUCT BATCH” with the issuance of a certificate of conformity valid for up to 1 year.

Procedure of product certification takes place according to PSP. 02 “PROCEDURE OF PRODUCT CERTIFICATION”

Stages of product certification

  • First, an application is submitted OS-F.19 “APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATION” and is considered for obtaining the necessary certificate
  • The submitted documents are being analyzed
  • A decision is made on the considered application, and a model is also assigned, which provides for the certification procedure
  • If such a provision is provided by the scheme, then production certification or quality management system evaluation is carried out
  • Product samples are taken, then their identification takes place
  • Testing of selected samples
  • The commission makes a decision in accordance with the analyzed results and the possibility of issuing a certificate of conformity

Complaints and appeals

Disputed issues, complaints and appeals are considered by the certification body according to the procedure OS-PR.22 “DEALING WITH COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS”
